This agreement is a public offer by happy-u.org (the “Provider”) to any individual (the “Customer”) seeking access to the happy-u educational platform (the “Service”).

By completing payment, the Customer fully accepts the terms of this agreement.

2. Service Description

The Service provides access to an educational platform that includes lessons on emotion management, self-regulation techniques, a thinking trainer, and other learning tools designed to help users build mental resilience and well-being skills.

The Service is strictly educational. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional help.

3. Pricing and Payment

Access to the Service costs $49 USD (or $29 USD with a personal discount). Payment is a one-time purchase processed through the payment system on the website.

Upon successful payment, the Customer receives permanent, lifetime access to all materials available in the Service.

4. Rights and Obligations

The Provider:

Grants full access to the Service upon confirmed payment
Maintains the Service in working condition
Protects Customer personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy

The Customer:

Provides accurate information during registration
Does not share account access with third parties
Does not copy, distribute, or resell any Service materials
