Refund Policy

Effective date: June 14, 2026

1. Digital Product

happy-u is a digital product that grants immediate access to all content upon payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Requests that do not meet both conditions will be declined.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to the Support section
  2. Create a new ticket with the subject “Refund Request”
  3. Include the email address associated with your account

4. Processing

Eligible refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear.

5. After a Refund

Upon refund approval, access to all paid content will be revoked. Your account and any free content will remain accessible.

6. Donations

Voluntary donations made through the Donate page are non-refundable.
