During registration, we store your name, email address, and a hashed password. While using the Service, we also store your course progress, thought diary entries, mood tracker data, bookmarks, and preferences.

Your data is used exclusively for operating the Service: saving progress, personalizing your experience, and providing technical support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

3. Security

Passwords are stored in encrypted form (bcrypt). Sessions are protected by httpOnly cookies with JWT tokens. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS.

4. Cookies

We use httpOnly cookies for authentication and localStorage for saving user preferences (theme settings). We do not use tracking cookies and do not monitor your activity on other websites.

5. Data Deletion

You may request complete deletion of your data by contacting us through the support section.
